Return Policy

All Products of $25.00 or less have a guarantee against factory defects. We will need to be contacted within 7 days of receiving your order of the defect. We will replace or repair the item. The buyer will need to pay the return shipping charges. If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping please contact the Post Office/UPS and file a damage claim. Please note that products damaged in shipping is not a factory defect. If you need assistance, you can contact us at 520-745-6168.

Products that are more than $25.00 and there is a factory defect we will need to be notified within 30 days of receiving the products and we will repair or replace it for free with the exact product.

There are no refunds on any Stunt or Trick Kites, these will be for repair only.

If you do have a return, you will need to contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must have a RMA number for the return to be accepted.

All products returned for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Policy

Domestic (Within U.S.)
All domestic orders are shipped either US Mail/UPS Ground. All Orders under $99.00 have a $7.99 shipping charge. Orders over $99.00 have free shipping. Color of Wind Kites will choose shipping method on all orders. Most orders ship within 7 days but can be up to 14 days. Any order that a known delay in shipping will or has occurred, the customer will be notified via email of the delay. 

All next day and second day air shipments will be charged a handling fee of $10.00 plus the actual cost of the shipping.

International (Outside U.S. and Canada):
We use U.S. Priority Air Mail/UPS to ship overseas. This method usually takes 10-15 days.
